Report Card for Dealers
TSD DEALER offers an automated weekly Report Card for dealers, so managers can review a location's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without having to log into the application.
Each Report Card is generated and emailed to select employees on a weekly basis and contains a snapshot of a single location's agreement, fleet, and charges information, as well as metrics over various reporting periods (e.g., Month to Date, Past 30 Days, and Now).
Setup Requirements
- Report Card Emails management setting. As long as you have a High employee role in TSD DEALER, you can use this setting to toggle on the employees you want to receive this report.
Understanding results
Each Report Card for a single location contains a snapshot of agreement, fleet, and charges information, as well as metrics over various reporting periods (Month to Date, Past 30 Days and Now).

Shown for Now. Number of agreements currently Open that have been open for over 30 days. This matches your Open Over 30 Days card on the Agreement Operations Dashboard, as long as you're using the default of 30 days and don't have a custom number of days specified in the Opened Over (Days) management setting.) |
Overdue |
Shown for Now. Number of agreements currently Overdue, which means they have passed their Expected Return Dates. This matches your Overdue card on the Agreement Operations Dashboard. |
Opened on Mobile |
Shown for Month to Date and Last 30 Days. Number of agreements that were opened on a mobile device. |
Closed on Mobile |
Shown for Month to Date and Last 30 Days. Number of agreements that were closed on a mobile device. |
Digitally Signed |
Shown for Month to Date and Last 30 Days. Number of agreements on which an electronically-signed copy of the agreement form was saved to the agreement, including digital signatures and contactless signatures obtained remotely via email or text. |

Shown for Month to Date and Last 30 Days. Length of Use (LOU) is the average length, in days (rounded to two decimal places), of agreements that were closed during a given period. This matches the LOU hub card on the Agreement Operations Dashboard. |
Pending Import |
Shown for Now. Number of units currently in Pending Import Details status. |
Idle Days |
Shown for Month to Date and Last 30 Days. Number of days the unit has been idle (not In Use), since the last time it was on an agreement. This matches the Idle Days column on the Utilization Report, when run for the same date range. |
Connected Cars |
Shown for Now. If your location uses TSD Telematics, number of units currently enrolled or pending enrollment in TSD Telematics. This matches the Connected Car hub card on the Fleet Operations Dashboard. |
Utilization |
Shown for Month to Date and Last 30 Days. Utilization percentage value for the unit, rounded to two decimal places: (Agreement Days ÷ In-Service Days) * 100. This matches the Unit Utilization column on the Utilization Report, when run for the same date range. |
Charges Data
These metrics match the corresponding columns of the Closed Contract Accounting Report, when run for the same date range.
